Will SmartMenu+ replace waiters?

Not necessarily. SmartMenu+ is intended to complement restaurant staff by providing amenities that could not be offered otherwise. Human interaction is important and we are not aiming to replace it but make it more efficient. We believe that successful customer service in the hospitality industry, or any industry for that matter, is achieved by meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations. SmartMenu+ can help your restaurant accomplish this.

How will SmartMenu+ help my restaurant make more money and keep customers happy?

SmartMenu+ can help you in several ways:

  • Turn tables faster: Since customers will be able to make their orders and pay by themselves this will shorten the amount of time tables are occupied so you will be able to seat more customers during the day. This is extremely useful, especially during rush hours.
  • Reduce operation costs: You will be able to showcase new menu items, daily specials, recommendations and special offers without having to print flyers, or spend more money printing new menus.
  • Alternative ways of revenue: Restaurant owners will be able to present, on a discreetly fashion, advertisement from local businesses such as movie theaters, supermarkets, and any other nearby venues.
  • Higher customer satisfaction: With traditional menus customer can only rely on the dish name and brief descriptions, if any, when ordering their food. With SmartMenu+, customers will be able to see what they are ordering, dish ingredients and nutritional facts. Customer will also be able to customize their order by adding comments to each dish and removing/adding ingredients.
  • Less unsatisfied customers: Given the fact that customers will be able to order by themselves waiter error will be less likely to happen. Restaurant owner will also be able to remove items from the menu that are not available preventing customers from ordering something that is not being currently offered.

How expensive will be to acquire SmartMenu+?

As of right now, pricing details are not available since SmartMenu+ is currently under development. We are still evaluating costs and pricing strategy but we are expecting to have a leasing system that can allow us to provide low prices to small businesses as well as big restaurant chains.

Will I be able to capture any information with SmartMenu+?

Of course, with SmartMenu+ you will be able to track all your restaurant data, generate reports and follow up on important information. A dashboard will help you monitor the restaurant status live helping you react to events and keeping your restaurant running smoothly.

When will SmartMenu+ be available?
